No. I bring a curated kit of professional-grade, eco-conscious cleaning agents, microfiber cloths color-coded to prevent cross-contamination, and a HEPA-filter vacuum. If you have a specific product you prefer for a certain surface, I am happy to use it.

Are you insured and bonded?

Absolutely. Operating as a professional means carrying comprehensive liability insurance. Your property, art, and tech assets are completely protected in the highly unlikely event of an accident.

How do you handle pets?

I am highly pet-friendly. However, for maximum efficiency and the safety of your pet, I request that aggressive or highly anxious animals be secured during the cleaning process. All my products are pet-safe.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require a 48-hour notice for standard cancellations to allow me to re-book the slot. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. I value your time, and I ask that you value mine.
