Absolutely. The majority of my high-end builds involve collaborating directly with the client's chosen architectural firm. I prefer to be brought in during the design phase to offer constructability feedback and value-engineering before the final blueprints are stamped.
How do you handle change orders?
Change orders are inevitable in complex construction. When a change is requested or required, work halts on that specific element, a detailed cost and timeline impact assessment is generated, and work only resumes once the client signs off digitally. No surprise bills, ever.
Are you licensed and fully insured?
Yes. I carry a comprehensive General Master Builder's License in all jurisdictions I operate within. Furthermore, I carry $10M in Commercial General Liability, comprehensive Builder's Risk insurance on all active sites, and complete WSIB/Workers' Compensation coverage for all trades.
