Lead times vary depending on scale and material availability. Generally, shop drawings take 2-3 weeks, followed by 6-12 weeks for fabrication. We establish a firm timeline during the estimation phase.
Absolutely. We believe that proper installation is critical to the success of custom millwork. Our in-house team handles all installations to ensure our strict quality standards are maintained through to completion.
We occasionally work with client-supplied or reclaimed timber, provided it meets our structural and moisture content standards. We must inspect the material prior to agreeing to fabrication.
Standard terms require a 50% deposit to commence shop drawings and material procurement. 40% is due upon completion of fabrication (prior to shipping), and the final 10% upon successful installation and sign-off.
