How We Work

The Fabrication Journey

A rigorous, transparent process designed to integrate seamlessly with principal architects and general contractors.

1

Consultation & Estimation

We review your architectural plans, assess material feasibility, and provide a comprehensive, line-item estimation. We identify potential structural challenges early.

2

Shop Drawings & CAD

Our draftsmen translate concepts into precise shop drawings. We provide physical material samples and finish mock-ups for client approval before any cutting begins.

3

Fabrication & Finishing

Hand-selected timber is milled, joined, and assembled in our climate-controlled workshop. The pieces undergo our multi-stage finishing process to lock in moisture and color.

4

Site Installation

Our dedicated installation team arrives on-site. We manage logistics, protect surrounding environments, and install the millwork with exacting precision, culminating in a final walkthrough.

Common Queries

Project Logistics

Lead times vary depending on scale and material availability. Generally, shop drawings take 2-3 weeks, followed by 6-12 weeks for fabrication. We establish a firm timeline during the estimation phase.

Absolutely. We believe that proper installation is critical to the success of custom millwork. Our in-house team handles all installations to ensure our strict quality standards are maintained through to completion.

We occasionally work with client-supplied or reclaimed timber, provided it meets our structural and moisture content standards. We must inspect the material prior to agreeing to fabrication.

Standard terms require a 50% deposit to commence shop drawings and material procurement. 40% is due upon completion of fabrication (prior to shipping), and the final 10% upon successful installation and sign-off.
