The Journey

From Concept to Creation

1

Consultation & Vision

We begin with a conversation about your space, needs, and aesthetic preferences. I take precise measurements and understand the functional requirements of the piece.

2

Drafting & Sourcing

I present scale drawings and 3D renderings alongside curated wood samples. Once approved, I personally visit the lumber yard to hand-select individual boards for ideal grain graphics.

3

The Crafting Phase

In the atelier, rough lumber is transformed using a blend of historic hand tools and modern machinery. Joinery is cut tight, surfaces are hand-planed, and the finish is meticulously applied.

4

White-Glove Delivery

The completed piece is wrapped securely and delivered to your space. I personally handle the installation and provide instructions on how to care for your new heirloom.

Client Voices

"Elias doesn't just build furniture; he crafts poetry in wood. The dining table he created for our home has become the emotional center of our family gatherings. The attention to the grain matching is simply breathtaking."

Sarah Jenkins

Private Homeowner

"As an architect, I am exceedingly particular about tolerances and material finishes. Working with Elias on our firm's conference table was a revelation. His mastery of traditional joinery provided a structural elegance that modern fasteners simply cannot achieve."

Marcus Vance

Principal Architect

"We commissioned a set of built-in bookshelves for our 1920s craftsman home. Elias managed to design a piece that looks as though it has belonged there for a century, while incorporating modern, heavy-duty hardware completely hidden from view."

What are your typical lead times?
Current lead times range from 12 to 16 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece and material availability. Because every item is built entirely by hand, I limit my commissions to ensure each piece receives the attention it deserves.
Do you work with exotic woods?
I strongly prefer working with domestic hardwoods (Walnut, White Oak, Cherry, Ash, Maple) due to sustainability concerns. However, if a project requires a specific exotic veneer for accenting, I exclusively source from CITES-certified suppliers.
How do I care for my custom furniture?
I use hard-wax oil finishes that are incredibly durable and easy to maintain. I provide a complimentary care kit with every delivery. Regular dusting and an annual reapplication of wax (a 10-minute process) will keep your piece looking pristine for decades.
Do you ship internationally?
While I am based in North America and primarily serve local and national clients via specialized art-handling couriers, I can arrange international shipping in custom-built wooden crates for major commissions. Customs and freight fees apply.
