The Blueprint

1

Discovery & Strategy

We kick off by diving deep into your business goals, target audience, and market landscape. Through workshops and research, we define the core problem and establish a strategic roadmap for the product.

2

Ideation & Wireframing

Translating strategy into structure. I create user flows and low-fidelity wireframes to map out the application's skeleton, ensuring intuitive navigation and logical content hierarchy before adding visuals.

3

Visual Design & Prototyping

Breathing life into the wireframes. We apply your brand identity, refine typography and colors, and build high-fidelity interactive prototypes. You get to click through the app exactly as a user would.

4

Handoff & Support

Seamless transition to development. I provide pixel-perfect assets, comprehensive design systems, and detailed annotations. I remain available to support the engineering team during implementation to ensure quality.

Frequently Asked

What is your typical project timeline?
A standard UI/UX design project for a web app or mobile application typically takes between 4 to 8 weeks. This includes the full cycle from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoff. Smaller projects like landing pages can take 1-2 weeks.
Do you code the designs as well?
My primary expertise is in UI/UX and Product Design using tools like Figma. While I do not build complex backend systems, I have a deep understanding of HTML/CSS/JS which allows me to create highly feasible, developer-ready designs and communicate effectively with your engineering team.
How do we communicate during the project?
Transparency is key. We typically establish a shared Slack channel for quick daily updates, use Figma comments for asynchronous design feedback, and hold weekly Zoom calls to review milestones and ensure we are perfectly aligned on the project trajectory.
What do you need from me to get started?
To kick things off smoothly, I usually request a clear project brief, your current brand guidelines (if any), access to existing analytics or user research, and a list of your direct competitors. Don't worry if you don't have all of this—we can build it together during the discovery phase.
