What is your typical lead time?
For full-scale weddings and large corporate galas, I recommend reaching out 9 to 12 months in advance to secure premium venues and vendors. For brand activations and private milestone events, 3 to 6 months is generally sufficient. However, if you have a tight turnaround, please inquire—I sometimes have availability for rush projects.
Do you offer partial planning or day-of coordination?
To maintain the high standard of flawless execution and cohesive design my brand is known for, I exclusively offer Full-Service Planning and Design. This ensures I have oversight from day one, eliminating the common disjointed hand-offs that happen with day-of coordination.
Are you available for destination events?
Absolutely. While based locally, my network spans internationally. I have successfully produced events in Europe, the Caribbean, and across the US. Destination logistics—including travel blocks, customs for decor, and remote vendor sourcing—are a specialty of mine.
How does the vendor payment process work?
Total transparency is key. You will pay my flat planning/design fee directly. For all other vendors (catering, floral, rentals), I negotiate the contracts on your behalf and pass the invoices directly to you without any hidden markups. You always know exactly where your budget is going.
