Engagements vary based on scope. Targeted projects (like a compliance audit or policy handbook rewrite) typically take 4-6 weeks. Fractional HR leadership or comprehensive cultural transformations usually involve a 6 to 12-month retainer.

I focus on high-level strategic HR rather than transactional administration. While I can help you select, implement, and negotiate with payroll/benefits vendors (PEOs or HRIS platforms), I do not process daily payroll.

Before beginning any work, we establish baseline metrics. ROI is tracked through quantitative data (reduced time-to-fill, lower turnover rates, decreased compliance fines) and qualitative data (improved eNPS scores, management feedback).
