For ongoing advisory and fractional GC services, we establish a monthly retainer based on anticipated volume. Hourly billing is utilized for undefined litigation or ad-hoc consulting.
I am licensed to practice in New York and Delaware, which covers the vast majority of corporate structuring, VC financing, and domestic M&A. For international matters or state-specific employment litigation outside these zones, I maintain a network of local co-counsel to ensure compliance.
