How do you charge for your consulting services?
I operate on a monthly retainer basis, which ensures I am fully integrated as a strategic partner rather than treating tasks as transactional hours. Retainers are customized based on the scope of work (e.g., strategic advisory only vs. full-funnel execution) and typically require a minimum 3-month commitment to see measurable pipeline impact.
Do you execute campaigns yourself or just advise?
Both. I believe the best strategists stay close to the tools. While I build the high-level Go-to-Market and ABM strategies, I am completely hands-on when it comes to setting up ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads), configuring CRM workflows (HubSpot), and analyzing data in the trenches.
