My primary focus is on prime North American markets where my proprietary network is strongest. However, for established clients, I coordinate cross-border acquisitions leveraging trusted local syndicates.

To ensure I can deliver the depth of service and strategic value my clients expect, I generally focus on acquisition mandates starting at $5M for commercial assets and $3M for luxury residential.

I operate as an independent consultant and strategist. While I hold necessary real estate credentials, my role is entirely distinct from a traditional broker. I represent the buyer strictly as an advisor, ensuring zero conflict of interest.
