Most transformational mandates run between 6 to 9 months. This provides enough runway to audit the existing structure, implement the new playbook, run a full sales cycle, and train your internal team to take over.
Do you work on a strictly commission basis?
No. Because my engagements require heavy strategic lifting, infrastructure building, and team training before deals close, I work on a hybrid model: a fixed monthly retainer plus a performance-based commission on deals I personally touch or source.
