Yes, provided the mindset is right. I care less about your current physical baseline and more about your psychological readiness to follow instructions and endure discomfort for the sake of adaptation.
Is nutrition included in the protocol?
Absolutely. Training without nutritional architecture is like building a house without cement. You will receive precise macro targets, timing protocols, and adjustment phases based on your bi-weekly check-ins.
How much equipment do I need?
I program for your reality. Whether you have access to a full commercial facility or just a pair of kettlebells in a garage, the protocol will be engineered to maximize the specific tools available to you.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require a minimum 3-month commitment. True physiological adaptation takes time. If you are looking for a 21-day quick fix, we are not a match. Cancellation after the initial phase requires 30 days notice.
