I provide detailed macronutrient frameworks, caloric targets, and nutrient timing strategies tailored to your goals. However, strict 'eat this specific meal at this time' plans are unsustainable. I teach you nutritional autonomy.

Everything is managed through my custom app. You receive your weekly programming, video demonstrations, and log your metrics. We have weekly check-in calls and you send me form videos for biomechanical analysis and correction.

Absolutely. A significant part of my background is in injury rehabilitation and prehab. We will modify movements, strengthen surrounding tissues, and often, correct the underlying imbalance that caused the issue in the first place.
