I work exclusively with individuals who view their physical and cognitive performance as critical assets. This includes professional athletes, aspiring elite amateurs, C-suite executives, and specialized military personnel.

No. True physiological adaptation requires time, consistency, and periodization. I operate on minimum 12-week commitments to ensure we have adequate time to assess, program, and realize measurable results.

Remote clients receive their programs via a custom app, complete with video demonstrations. Clients upload video of complex movements for biomechanical review. We also hold weekly check-ins via Zoom to analyze wearable data (Oura, Whoop, etc.) and adjust the macrocycle.

My primary biomechanics lab and private facility is based in Austin, Texas. However, I frequently travel for intensive 1-2 week training camps with professional athletes globally upon special request.
