Do I need access to a full commercial gym?
Not necessarily. While access to barbells and specific machines is optimal for maximum force production, I design blueprints based on the equipment you have available, whether that's a fully outfitted facility or kettlebells in your garage.
How does the virtual coaching process work?
Everything is managed through a centralized app. You receive your periodized program, log your metrics, and upload specific video angles of your lifts. I review the footage asynchronously and provide audio/visual feedback for the next session.
What happens if I miss a scheduled workout?
Life happens. The system is designed with flexibility. If you miss a session, you communicate it through the portal, and we adjust the weekly volume and intensity dynamically to ensure recovery isn't compromised and the weekly stimulus is still achieved.
