Yes. You cannot out-train bad fuel. Macronutrients are calculated based on training volume, and timed carbohydrate/protein intake is mandatory for the recovery phases of the macrocycle.

The Virtual Matrix app is designed exactly for this. We pivot to hotel-gym protocols, bodyweight fascial tension exercises, and strict diet management while you are on the road. The system adapts.

Minimum engagement is 12 weeks. Real structural, neurological, and physiological changes require time. I do not do 'quick fixes' or 30-day shreds.
