Not necessarily. My programs are highly adaptable. Whether you have access to a fully equipped commercial gym, a minimalist home setup with kettlebells, or just your bodyweight while traveling, the blueprint will be tailored to your resources.

This depends on the coaching tier you select. Hybrid clients typically meet with me in-person 1-2 times per week for technique refinement, while completing 2-3 remote sessions. Purely remote clients have weekly video check-ins.

I do not provide cookie-cutter meal plans, as they are rarely sustainable. Instead, I provide 'nutritional architecture'—calculating your optimal macros, educating you on food quality, and building sustainable dietary habits that fit your lifestyle.

Many of my clients are executives with heavy travel schedules. I design programs with modularity in mind, providing 'hotel gym' or 'hotel room' contingencies so you never miss a beat, regardless of your location.
