Absolutely. While I am based in New York, I regularly fly out for 2-3 day intensive retreats and on-site corporate summits globally. Travel expenses are calculated as a separate line item in the final proposal.

What is the ideal group size?

For maximum interactivity and personalized feedback, I recommend cohorts of 12 to 25 participants. For larger scale keynotes or town halls, I accommodate up to 500+ using specialized interactive polling software and breakout room facilitators.

How long are your typical programs?

It ranges from a 90-minute hyper-focused "Lunch & Learn" sprint, to a full 3-day immersive offsite retreat, to a 6-month integrated leadership academy. The duration depends entirely on your goals determined during our discovery phase.

Is the content off-the-shelf or custom?

100% custom. I have core frameworks and methodologies (like Agile integration or Design Thinking), but the actual case studies, role-play scenarios, and company lingo used in the workshop are tailored specifically to your organization.
