Personal data collected through the Platform is primarily hosted and processed within the European Union on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, located in Ireland (eu-west-1).

Certain technical data may transit through or be processed by AWS global infrastructure components (such as content delivery or security services) in order to ensure the proper functioning, performance and security of the Platform.

In such cases, KYRLO ensures that these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR.

Personal data is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and to comply with legal obligations (including accounting requirements).
